Description

The assisted dip is a compound upper-body exercise that primarily targets the chest and triceps while also engaging the shoulders. How To

01 Grip the parallel bars, knees on the assistance pad
02 Brace your core, lower under control
03 Bend your elbows until upper arms are parallel
04 Press through your palms back to the top
