Sit Wall

Quads Bodyweight

Description

The wall sit is a static lower-body exercise that targets the thighs, glutes, and core. Performed by sliding your back down a wall until your knees are at a 90-degree angle, it builds endurance and strength without requiring equipment. It's great for improving posture and stability. Hold the position for as long as possible to challenge your muscles and mental focus.

How To

01 Press your back flat against the wall, feet shoulder-width, about two feet out
02 Slide down until thighs are parallel and knees stack over ankles
03 Keep your back glued to the wall, arms relaxed
04 Hold the position, breathing steady, until time's up
05 Slide back up to standing with control
