Squat Pulses

Quads Bodyweight

Description

Squat pulses are a lower-body endurance exercise that targets the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Performed by staying in a low squat position and making small up-and-down movements, they keep constant tension on the muscles. This move helps build muscular endurance, improve lower-body strength, and increase time under tension. It’s a great finisher to add intensity to any leg workout.

How To

01 Lower into a squat, feet shoulder-width, chest up, knees over your toes
02 Sink to the bottom and hold that low position
03 Pulse up and down a few inches, keeping constant tension
04 Brace your core throughout and stay low, don't stand up between pulses
05 Finish the set, then rise back to standing
