How To

01 Lie back on the incline bench, dumbbell in each hand
02 Press the dumbbells above your chest, palms facing in
03 Lower arms out wide in a slow arc, elbows softly bent
04 Feel a deep stretch across your chest at the bottom
05 Sweep the dumbbells back together, squeezing your pecs on top
