Side-Lying Single Leg Hip Adduction

Hip Adductors Bodyweight

Description

The side-lying hip adduction is an exercise that targets the inner thigh muscles, particularly the adductors. To perform the movement, an individual lies on their side with the lower leg extended and the top leg bent, then raises the bottom leg toward the ceiling while keeping the body stable. This exercise helps strengthen the inner thighs, improve hip stability, and enhance overall lower-body mobility and strength.

How To

01 Lie on your side, bottom leg straight, top leg bent
02 Cross the top leg over for balance and support
03 Squeeze your inner thigh to lift the bottom leg
04 Lower it slowly, resisting the whole way down
05 Finish your reps, then switch sides
