Banded Squat Walk

Glutes Resistance Band

Description

The banded squat walk is a lower-body exercise that targets the glutes, hips, and thighs while also engaging the core. Performed in a semi-squat position with a resistance band around the legs, it strengthens hip stability and improves lateral movement. It’s great for warming up, activating the glutes, or adding intensity to leg workouts. This exercise helps enhance balance, coordination, and overall lower-body endurance.

How To

01 Loop the band above your knees, feet shoulder-width
02 Sink into a half-squat, chest up, core braced
03 Step sideways, keeping constant tension on the band
04 Follow with the trailing foot, stay low
05 Repeat for reps, then reverse direction
