Bayesian Curls

Biceps Machine

Description

The Bayesian curl is an isolation exercise that primarily targets the biceps. By keeping the arm behind the body, it places the biceps under a greater stretch, increasing muscle activation throughout the movement. This exercise is effective for building biceps size, strength, and definition.

How To

01 Face away from a low cable, arm behind you
02 Keep your elbow pinned in place
03 Curl the handle up toward your shoulder
04 Squeeze your biceps hard at the top
05 Lower slow, then switch arms
