Reverse Lunges in Deficit

Glutes Other

Description

The reverse lunge in deficit is a unilateral lower-body exercise that primarily targets the glutes while also engaging the quads and hamstrings. Standing on an elevated platform increases the range of motion, leading to greater muscle activation. This exercise is effective for building lower-body strength, balance, and stability.

How To

01 Stand on the platform, one foot planted
02 Step the other leg back into a lunge
03 Lower your back knee toward the floor
04 Push through the front heel to rise
05 Finish all reps before switching legs
