How To

01 Lie face down, arms extended overhead
02 Brace your core, lift your chest slightly off the floor
03 Sweep your arms out to the sides and back, squeezing your upper back
04 Keep your shoulders pulled down throughout
05 Return your arms overhead and repeat smoothly
